Step 1: Registration & Confirmation of Receipt

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your registration.
Important: This email confirms that we have received your application. It does not yet confirm a place in the training.

Step 3: Participation Confirmation & Payment
After reviewing your registration, we will send you a participation confirmation email that your place is reserved. Please note that your place is secured only upon making the full payment. Places are limited to 20 and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If you require an invoice, please send us your billing details (name, address, organization, registration). Once received, we will issue an invoice showing the gross amount.
- If you do not require an invoice you can proceed to payment

Payment must be completed within 5 days of receiving confirmation by the organiser or the invoice. By completing the payment, you confirm your participation in the training, and agree to the full Terms and Conditions, including the cancellation and refund policy. Cancellation by the Participant
If you need to cancel your participation, please let us know in writing. The date we receive your cancellation applies.
Cancellation fees (the organisation withholds the right to keep the following percentage of the fee):
- Free cancellation: up to 23rd April 2026.
- up to 5th of May – 10%;
- up to 20th of May – 40%;
- up to 30th of May – 70%;
- up to 10th of June – 90%;
- From 11th of June or in case of no-show – 100%.
If you are unable to attend or leave early for personal reasons, the full fee remains payable. Any personal expenses (such as travel or accommodation) are your responsibility. Requests to change dates after registration are treated as a cancellation followed by a new registration.
Cancellation or Changes by Discovered Spaces Association
We may occasionally need to make small changes, such as adjusting the program, changing trainers, or changing the venue, while keeping the overall purpose of the training the same. If a training must be cancelled or postponed due to illness, force majeure, legal restrictions, or low participant numbers we will offer an alternative date, or refund any fees already paid. Personal travel or accommodation costs cannot be refunded. We recommend having appropriate travel insurance.

No VAT will be applied to the participation fee for any participant. If you are VAT-registered (EU business), the invoice will still show the gross amount without VAT. Course fee: This is due in advance to secure your place. It covers facilitation, materials, and the boat ride to the location and back. (Travel costs are not included.)
Accommodation and Food fee: Payable on-site, covering your stay in bungalows and vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Step 4: Confirmation & Practical Information
Once your payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email, and your place in the training will be secured.
