The methods are crucial but what matters most to us are the people, the systems they are involved in and how they work with the processes within the group. That is why our working methods are diverse and fully tailored to the needs, specificities and resources of any particular group. For this reason, each of our programs is unique and tailored to the specific group and participants and the format is designed after becoming familiar with each group. We often combine several of the following tools in our work, adapted to the specific thematic context of the group:
- Systemic and integral facilitation
- Integral facilitation is based on an in-depth understanding of group processes and is a way for the group, team or organization to achieve greater awareness of the processes, norms and structures. This has a two-fold goal: firstly, the group feels satisfaction with the goals achieved, and secondly, the group gets to nurture and utilize the resources hidden within itself. The method implies that the facilitator brings his skills and knowledge from different group work approaches to the table while remaining deeply aware of his role and of the group processes at any given moment, accepting without criticism the immediate reality.
- Systemic facilitation is a very important part of the integral facilitator’s “toolbox” and a tool based on the systems approach in psychology that deals with feelings, relationships and power dynamics.
- Forum Theater/Image Theater / Имидж театър – a method developed by Brazilian Augusto Boal in which interactive theater is used as a tool to bring about social change. It is most often used as a method to transform real life situations of violence and oppression.
- Methods for conducting effective events and meetings (World Café, Open Space, Collective Idea Mapping, Idea Prototyping, etc.) – unleashing collective intelligence, generating ideas and systematizing them into solutions to problems important to the group.
- Adventure training (outdoor adventures, treasure hunts, etc.) A group experience where personal and team challenges take participants a step beyond the familiar comfort zone which enables new insights and perspectives and the unfloding of new personal and group qualities and processes.
- Expressive methods for unleashing creative personal and team potential (storytelling, art therapy, personal mapping, action learning, etc.) – creativity and collective creation as a tool for personal development and for personal and social transformation.
- Sensory labyrinth theater – the theatrical interaction becomes a personal adventure, leading to unexpected encounters with hidden inner images while passing through a labyrinth installation, saturated with intense sensory experiences (auditory, visual, tactile, olfactory, gustatory).
- Mentorship – supporting groups and individuals in the process of planning and implementing their initiatives, empowering them to unleash their personal and collective potential.
- Consulting organizations – identifying and communicating “hot spots” in the work environment and supporting the promotion of favorable team interactions, activating collective resources, increasing team efficiency and productivity.
- Experiential learning – a method rooted not only on listening, seeing and doing, but also on a personal and deep experiencing of the process, thus making it possible to permanently integrate new knowledge into personal and group cognition.
